    No i did not turn off the power when changing the damper check the fuces they looked fine, and no ink on the board. question about the cables does the top right go to yellow andthe top left to cyan ??

    I replaced the cyan damper on my sp540v and somehow i do get nothing no test print of any color nothing zip . Thanks

    message "tempepature is too high" on my sp540v printer . Installed a new damper today and when i turned on the printer i get this message every time is there any body that can trouble shoot this or knows what to do.Thanks

    sp540v temperature tto high Message please can anybody help me with this message TEMPEPATURE IS TOO HIGH but its only 70 degrees and i installed a new damper and now i get this message when i turn the printer on ????????????? THANKS
