I think Manrope is one of the offenders.
When we have to use it, we highlight the text and go to Effects/Weld and weld them.
I think you need to unweld them to edit it but it removes the white spaces in the overlap.
I would stick with someone locally if possible.
Shipping costs for 4x4 signs is up there and you would likely need a way to unload skids from a tractor trailer.

The way Texas has it is probably the best way but......... it seems like once a customer thinks it looks better with a double sided panel on the inside of the posts and not two single sided panels mounted on the outside of the posts, there may be no way of talking them out of it.
