Hi hapycmpr, do you still have access to the Service Manual for the Valuejet 1324?

I called SAi and they sent me a download link for the last build. They had no idea how to fix the issue besides reverting back.

The printer I'm having issues with is a Kyocera CS 3051ci KX, which is technically considered a high quality copier. I reinstalled the drivers, still having the same issue. I can't get ahold of anyone at SAi. I also have 2 large format Mutohs, but I'm not having any issues with those.

Found Solution So I ended up just calling tech support at the dealer I got the software from. They reinstalled Flexi 12 and that fixed the problem. I appreciate everyone's insight though, thank you.

Yes, that's exactly what you do. That's why if you save a sign, go to print it, and then try to close the sign, it will ask you if you want to save it again even though you didn't make any changes to the design. Where if you save a sign, then just close it, it won't ask you to save the sign...
