PNG files are usually off of cameras. It's a humongous file but a 72 dpi. It's meant to be scaled down, so a 50% reduction would raise the dpi to 150.

Are you able to flatten the artwork thus eliminating the layers on layers issue you are having? Can you send them as two separate files? One for the print and one for the cut? It has to be a layering issue. You could also try merging the the cut lines on their own separate layer so it is one...

Check that the head is capped properly.

When you do a cleaning do you see yellow ink in the cap? Check capping position (seal). I bet it's more than likely a bad sub tank/sensor.
