    Okay thanks. We had a new head installed by mimaki due to getting a overspray, we had this grainy issue on the previous head as well though. I've been experimenting with profiles, specifically the v3.5sp ones (made to reduce graininess) I've been using the Arlon DPF 510GT v3.5sp with success...

    Are you printing with registration marks? This can help a lot. Also have you done a cut accuracy test?
