I have the same problem ! I have good black nozzle check …generated from touch screen, but my mutoh 626uf refuses to generate any black from the computer/flexi rip …..why?..this is a photo..black nozzle check done…and blue stripe is a sent black block!….if I generate a black block 100% k zero...
So frustrated…I have a mutoh 626 uf and since I re installed the flexi 12 for Mutoh , I can’t get any black ink to print.
That is unless I print a nozzle check , where it prints perfect black!
it seems that if it is mutoh generated signal , all good…black…if the signal comes from the computer...

sc/read error code ..same yesterday!
So I was only missing one color ..not reading ..now none of them !!!
Reading here..they say turn machine off
Remove ALL cartridges.
Turn on machine
Then slot each one in
It’s like some type of reset .
Only just read that!
Mine just did same error code! By the way...... I have kept the Mutoh 626 alive by taking the casing off and putting a fan blowing at the print head assembly.
I get about 8 minutes of print time. Let it stop give it a couple of minutes and print again!
Not really a good solution, but you know...
I have a Mutoh 626 UV and it is always displaying ERROR EO85 which seems to point to the head getting hot somehow.
Any hints what to do, If I call dealers they will always want to replace the head (Big$$) but loathed to do that as it prints BEAUTIFULLY!
Has anybody else had this...
What can I do??
So Mutoh starts and prints fine.
But each time I want to print following job it dies ...E085 comes up.
Leave it 5 minutes..prints fine.
what can it be???
I read it is the overheat error.
what is the likelihood that it is the F2 fuse considering I can get it to print , but just...
Just having same oroblem
