Have a look at the Omega reg edit program as this lists the job output folder spooldir location this could be the issue if not listed or un writable?

from memory I have used the generic hpgl 24 for non listed cutters etc ...you may have to play with the settings to get proper communication. what version of Omega is it?

have done test print in service mode and all colours fine apart from cyan which is pale and transclucent and dots are not regular

Hi All Getting some banding issues and adhesion problems on my machine, not sure preheater is working - dryer on front lower edge is warm. Where is preheater located and how do I check if it is actually working? No error messages shown... Many thanks
