someone told me it could be dry joints on the board when happens to me.. I use a fan heater pointed at the back towards main board in colder conditions which seems to help!

have done test print in service mode and all colours fine apart from cyan which is pale and transclucent and dots are not regular

thanks for the advice ..appreciated. Now done a 24 hour head soak, colour now coming through on high quality. however ink is pale coverage so perhaps smaller nozzles are blocked, not been used for a few weeks but left on so guess the cap tops may be failing. trying another head soak then...

Hi All Getting some banding issues and adhesion problems on my machine, not sure preheater is working - dryer on front lower edge is warm. Where is preheater located and how do I check if it is actually working? No error messages shown... Many thanks

Spandex here in the Uk are heavily discounting upgrades to V3 as we have in the last 4 months upgraded to 2.61 we are reluctant to spend any more on a new version if not really worth the expense. Does anyone see benefits of V3 from what they have read as it's hard to judge change from text...
