Sp300v pre heater where is it !

Hi All Getting some banding issues and adhesion problems on my machine, not sure preheater is working - dryer on front lower edge is warm. Where is preheater located and how do I check if it is actually working? No error messages shown... Many thanks

Your pre-heater is located behind the print area, do yo have the temp set correctly? Are you having any drying or print issues associated with the heaters? You may want to set the pre heater to about 106 and dryer to about 118...then, from here you can fine tune the heaters if needed.

Thanks for reply...not sure if heating correctly, sometimes area is cold. Setting seem ok..
