Someone else said that too that there is no clamp/way for it to stay tight but it doesn't come with any other part, I've checked the manual and mine looks the same. These photos I took a pic with my phone of my computer.
The drive shaft for my fb500 keeps coming loose , I am able to get it back in the hole at the bottom but as it prints the shaft raises higher and higher until it comes out again. Any thoughts on how to fix it?
It varies ! At first the carriage was moving then squeeking and stopping , now it won't even move past a few inches. I cleaned the rails of all the grease and reapplied and that got rid of the grinding noise but it didn't help with carriage movement. I'm stumped lol my belt tension isn't correct...

I'm printing using photo quality one of my print heads is starting to go bad so I'm going to assume that's why even tho this only happens on this design
This happens whenever I print this file(the fade of color at the top), not sure why and can't figure out how to fix it. I print at the highest quality, material is polystyrene
I haven't and I do tell it the size, it'll print the whole thing it's just that sometimes it doesn't print all colors so it's faded the first inch or two, and then the next print is always fine afterwards
I tried that too , idk what I'm doing wrong geez lol the power is off on front screen and I press pedal and M at same time, also tried pressing M and up arrow. Does it nit calibratie if it doesn't need too? I ended up laminating without doing it and it was fine
Hi,
The gear has fallen off my spindle, the screws are inside the pole. Someone told me to take the silver "pin" out to take it apart but the "pin" is threaded like a screw and has no screw head it's just hallow. Any ideas on how to fix it?
