Sorry for hijacking this post, but I have a question about a similar problem with my Graphtec. When moving the blade forward and changing the setting to position 3 all of my cuts are too low (like it should still be in position 1 still). Any insight on what might cause this?

I see that option there, but I have no cutters there to choose from. My cutter is installed and working, it shows up in the cut-server and gamaprint. I just can’t get it to be an option in a quick set????

How did you get the Graphtec Cutter to show up as an option in your quick sets? I have no cutter options to choose from when creating or editing a quick set????

I figured it out. I was pulling ink through the capping station before the pump. Once I pulled it through I took the syringe off the tube therefore not holding a vacuum. I need to run the tube through the pump and then pull into the syringe to maintain vacuum. Even though the pump doesn't...
