  1. Need help! Cutter error when cutting vinyl.

About 6 ft long. But the problems begin already from the second row of stickers. Yes, we print w/ intermittent marks
  2. Need help! Cutter error when cutting vinyl.

Help is needed! We cut stickers printed on HP Latex 700 W onto HP Latex 54 Cutter. The size of the stickers is 8.5x5 inches. We cut from the HP Flexi Print and Cut program. The problem is that the first row of stickers is cut correctly, but from the second row, there is a shift in the cutting...
  3. Does it make sense to buy HP with this quality of support?

Many thanks to everyone who responded. In a unique coincidence, my dealer sent a man the day I wrote this post and he managed to fix it in half an hour without changing the part. Sorry, I didn't quite understand about backorder. I specifically bought the newest HP printer at that time - and...
  4. Does it make sense to buy HP with this quality of support?

And the local company says that it was HP who promised to send the sensor, and did not do it. And it is not known when it will be done. Who is right in this situation?
  5. Does it make sense to buy HP with this quality of support?

What's the point in trying to make modern products at all - if a few guys - local companies will multiply all your efforts by "zero"?
  6. Does it make sense to buy HP with this quality of support?

I am dealing with a local company of course. But HP can influence its dealers somehow, can't it? And in general, I want to understand - is it normal to change the sensor for a month or not? (I think - no). And what can I do about it? Can I switch to another local service provider? Now...
  7. Does it make sense to buy HP with this quality of support?

I have an HP Latex 700 W. The warranty ended six months ago. Two weeks ago, the printer stopped initializing - drops detector sensor error. I informed my authorized HP service company from which I purchased the printer. They said they would order a new sensor. Still no sensor. To my questions...

  9. Printable vinyl wholesale cheap directly from China - is it real?

Yes, you are absolutely right - I used GB. But, after the Spicers took over our local supplier, this vinyl disappeared from their inventory. The cheapest I can get right now is $250 (tax included).
  10. Printable vinyl wholesale cheap directly from China - is it real?

Previously, vendors had no-name vinyl at CAD$100 for 54 inches x 150 feet. It has now disappeared from sale - and higher quality vinyl has risen in price - with taxes around $300 a roll. And this makes me very upset. Vinyl at $100 a roll was fine for short terms yard signage, etc.
  11. Printable vinyl wholesale cheap directly from China - is it real?

Hello, Printable vinyl wholesale cheap directly from China - is it real? Material prices have doubled since the beginning of the year. Strongly "presses" on the cost price. Perhaps someone had experience buying directly from China? No more than 1 pallet? Interested in "promo" quality vinyl, for...
