I have a roland pnc 1000 i try to cut nothing but if i draw a box,circle it will cut but if i put a clip art or any lettering it wont cut what am i doing wrong i cant get the software company signs 3 to answer me i need a new activation number but they dont want to answer me does all this cutting software have a activation number?Jim
