Don't worry. I sorted it out.
in your printer, you need to rename it physically under the Machine Settings menu.
Default in this case is JV33-01
A quick change to JV33-02 was all it took.

I'm running rasterlink 6 and currently have 1 x jv33-130 and 1 x UJF attached.
UJF via Ethernet and JV33 via USB.
I've recently purchased 1 JV33-160, and I'm having issues conneting it to RL.

Have you tried removing it completely and reinstalling it?
Generally when this happens a file has been courrupted etc.
If a reinstall does nothing, go into System Backup and restore and see if you can restore your machine to an earlier point. Hopefully you have a point within that...
Side note, Is anyone running a primer and LH-100 inks on this?
From what I can see, only LUS-120 primer is available for this, but.... is it possible to say remover the 'clear' from my config and replace it with the primer?
Hey Smoke_Jaguar , if and when I need to swap out the head, is it as simple as disconnecting and swapping out? Or do I need to prime the head, adjust the drop pos, slants etc?
I'll piggy back the tech when he come in to do it as I kinda know... But always helps to get a bit more hands on info. Eg, there's the adjustment via the LCD and then there's the manual adjustment on the hardware
I've succumbed to the possibility I may need a new cyan head for the printer. BUT I'm not 100% convinced yet.
I've had the tech company me over and balance out the table and adjust the z axis. Also tweaked the head level and lamp etc. So I'm told the machine is level.
