Where exactly does the grease gun go to lubricate the machine? The manual seems vague. I know that the tech has told me on the gold bolts by the media set bar but where else?

It could be the white cables on the printheads. I had this happen to me once where the inks were crossing one another. I replaced the cables and voila.

Hello all. I hope everyone had a good weekend! Does anyone know the square footage for a Zamboni machine? I have done a search and I have had no luck. Someone posted a photo of something other than a Zamboni. Any help would be appreciated!

The button on the front that says function then go to setup.

Under setup functions, there is the option for refresh. So go to Function setup. select type scroll through when you see media comp to refresh. The larger number is the more refreshes. I hope this helps.

Have you checked pumps? The needle that opens the ink cartridge? The capping station? I am sure you have...just throwing out ideas.
