We dont use perf cut as it'll almost always leave rough edges. Use regular cut line... and dial in your settings so its just barelly cutting though. - this one doesnt show them popping out... but shows a kiss cut over the channel, then perf cut over the channel after... just showing how...

The pressure isn't as "Consistant", So if you're cutting something with a lot of small intricate cuts... like tiny text, there can be some spots that didnt cut all the way through. For stickers and anything over 2" it's usually fine though... give it a try! You can set it so the graphtec goes...

Cutting master 4 is no longer supported / maintained software - sai no longer produced it, and graphtec is producing cm5... Which is why cm5 is so different than cm4. Cm4 should work assuming it works with the version of illustrator you're using .. we use cm4 at work with the latest version fine.
