I think 1/4" (6mm) is more common. I believe you can get 12' panels if you did want to seam it horizontally. I only said vertical because I am usually the only one installing and I don't trust myself to hold my grip on a 12' sheet on a ladder in the wind!

I would think that three vertical panels, 48x85 would be easier to install than 12' long panels. Print on reflective, laminate, mount to Alumalite. Alumalite is more costly, but more rigid and lighter weight than ACM. Then make the red one as a separate strip.

I print on polybanner on our Epson SureColors VERY frequently. Gino speaks the truth. It's best for indoor, though can work outdoors for a short time. I've only ever tape-pocketed it. I could print and sheet cut 3x6s all day, but for a vendor that provides finishing as well, check out...

Print on both sides of a smooth blockout PET banner material, then laminate a double-sided, removable adhesive film to one side. It can't be perf, it must be an opaque substrate, and the blockout prevents sunlight from ghosting the image though from the other printed side.

Dropouts are consistent. Mostly in the M, some in the C. The Y is starting to get some drop out in the same area on the test print. No recent head strikes. I just changed both wipers before the issue started. No leaks. Cap station is original, never been changed. I think I will tinker with...

It's CMYKLmLcLk+cleaning. I have only ever used OEM Max2 inks in it. I agree it's a workhorse. I've used similar Rolands at previous shops. This one didn't really get pushed to its potential though, I think that's why it has taken 9+years to need a cap/head replacement.

I actually hand cut it right along the print. Maybe that's the white edge of the foam.

This usually happens to me when the artboard boundary is set too close to the cut contour line in the ai file.
