  2. LXi not connecting to Production Manager

    http://www.signwarehouse.com/support/ Try going here to see if it will help. They tell you to go to "start", "programs", then go to LXI, and click on clear preferences. There are some steps after that if it dont work.

    I get this every now and then with mine as well. It seems if I just reboot my plotter and also save your work and restart LXI and it seems to work for me. Hope this helps.
