    Overcut Compensation is VERY strange

    What are you trying to cut? Sometimes doing a reverse cut can get rid of the overcut because it will be on the back rather then the front.

    other then vutek01 maybe "admin," I checked our list of passwords for that machine and vutek01 is the only one there that I have listed. Can you contact a tech that dealt with that machine in the past?

    For my Colex that function is on optiscout, after I hit output there is another dialogue box to park the head in a specific location beore it starts to cut. You should call so you're not annoyed anymore.

    Trying to get rid of this printer for space in the shop. I am in the NYC area and you can pick it up. I have a forklift to help load it on a truck. What I believe is wrong with the printer is a sensor but I am not sure. Deminsions are 4'x4'x8.
