Cutting with a saw is our last resort. If you have a shear just put some application tape on the printed panels to protect them while cutting the down. We do this everyday. Also we put some velcro (fuzzy side) on the bottom of the shear hold-down. Hope this helps.
My guys ran three 4x8 ACM signs and used the Avery 1360z instead of Oracal 290. The 1360 says only 4 year outdoor life, anyone have any experience with it. Worried I might be re-doing so signs in a couple of years/
Belts run, no heat at all. It worked just fine until I changed a belt and now nothing. It was unplugged while the belt was being changed. I check two fuses (main and belt) I can't seem to find any more fuses on it. The parts list says there are four fuses total, but I can't locate them if there...
Just got this machine and can only print jpg files. - onyx 11 - epson S30670 - all files fail except jpg. The same files that fail work great in versaworks and print fine on the roland printers.
