  • Have you been complaining to them and telling them that you;re not happy that its this late? They will try to make it up to you by giving some free stuff. As far a 360wraps go, I'm not sure how good it is. Do you not have any experience in wrap yet. The best way to learn to wrap is to watch and do an actual wrap. I took a wrap class here in houston that cost me $1,500. I dont think its worth, but the best way to learn is to do it over and over again.
Did you get anything with your printer yet? I finally got my training yesterday on it. Who's your sales rep? Maybe talk to William Davis, my sell reps and tell tha I told you to talk to him and maybe he can help u out.
I feel for ya man. I got the machine that I had to put together myself but stop before i have to plug it in cause I dont want to screw up my warrenty for some reason. they told me they could walk me thru the steps. I waited this long, whats one more day. You should complain like I did on sign101 cause I know they have their people reading this forum. Let me know how yours go. good luck
This is what my sells rep. wrote me last night.

    Hey Alan
I know you aren't happy about the delivery and installation. I've seen your posts on signs 101. I hope you understand that it was HP's poor planning that put us behind the eight ball to begin with. Many of the orders we placed with HP had to be cancelled because there weren't enough printers to fulfill the orders.
Again...I am sorry for the challenges you have experienced.
I spoke with Larry and he can't be there till late on Wednesday night. So he felt it would be best to be there first thing Thursday morning.
    Thank you.
