    I would recommend a frame to secure a billboard vinyl flex with pole pockets. Good for 4-5 years at a fraction of the cost. Easily change out when it's faded.     I've been able to "roll" 4mm ACM using a larger diameter sch 40 pvc pipe, but haven't tried it that wide. Like crashaffinity suggested, styrene or petG should work.
