it's in low position, i have set it to high but it's the same, i put it to low position again. is there a way to see the position of the head in the machine to be sure ,the jvc see it in the right position

Hi, I have just bought a 2 years CJV150-75 the print test is not so bad but when i print something it's awfull i have clean encoder strip make ink fill soft and standard i print on vinyl Is the head dead or something else
