  • The white line/gap in the print could possibly be a "Line Pitch Adjustment". You can read about this in the User Manual. Through my experience and testing "Line Pitch Adjustment" had little to no effect on overall print results. Actually the only time I hade white lines/gaps in the print it was using aftermarket ribbons (Zero Nine), I quickly went back to the Roland ribbons and have not encountered the problem since.
    Hi..have you ever used oracal 651 to print on with ur pc600. After doing a cartridge adjustment I got my 600 running but when I do the test print I get a white line going through the top of the C in colorcamm. Just wondering if maybe its the vinyl, but from what I know 651 is a thermal vinyl. . Any thoughts?
