I am using Onyx Thrive, I had this issue with larger labels and selected the premium coated option on the color options and that had fixed it. This go around with a much smaller label no dice.

With the 3mil I've been fine this started happening when I switched to the 6mil. I have looked in the settings and even when setting up a new profile I still can't find where to raise the head. Also where would I find vacuum settings?

My bad these guys aren't looking for mylar bags and I don't do mylar bags because they're a pain in the ass. They want a 3"x 3" square label for their product line to put on jars and a circle label for the top of the lid.

when you say back with white you are refering to that if you see gold through the black ink then print white first then print black over it? Thank you

Thanks for the advice, I had a tech just set it up and gone so I been learning Onyx and how to get things to talk between the computer, printer and graphtec. It's hard to find information on how to use the printer. Any direction you could point me towards? Thx
