Hi all, on one of our media holders (media flange?) the inner part is attached a bit skewed. It seems it is possible to detach/reattach the part, but I can't figure out how to. Any ideas? Thanks!

To clarify, this is a plotter we've been using earlier, but have now given away. Problem for them is that it won't start, so something's broken, so they are on the search for service manuals and possible circuit diagrams.

Hi all, I'm wondering if someone on here have any information about an old plotter called "Wild Leitz TA41"? I'm on the hunt for manuals/service manuals and such. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I was wondering if there's any way you can export a pdf-file from Omega in CMYK mode instead of RGB? We haven't really bothered to export files as PDFs from Omega, but rather use EPS because of this issue. What are we missing here?

Yes, it's been doing this to all of the colors. Sometimes it works, but most of the times it doesn't. We had zero issues with this with the earlier types of cartridges. As for the firmware, I'm not sure how to check this. It says version 2.01 /1.21 in the menu item "version".

The only drawback as I see it in your case if you're keeping the old edge 2 and decide to go with the FX, is that you'll need to store two different sets of cartridges. Other than that, I think the cartidges for the FX is cheaper than the ones for the edge 2?

Solved my own issue by adding the domain account on the Windows 7 machine on the Security Tab with full permission of the Queue folder properties.
