Hi, Im getting slight stipes through my VS especially on red tones. Is there something i can do to remedy this? I have tried various cleans and the head looks ok but im no expert. Head is 18 months old and i clean it once a week. Any advice welcome. Thanks Steve

Thanks everyone, gotta be a FC9000 then, no more cutting strip wear would be amazing. I often swap between 30" and 54" material so the first half of my cutting strip gets more wear. Then when going back to 54" the cuts are different from one half of the machine to the other, drives me mad.

Thanks for all your replies i appreciate it. When the Roland service was carried out just before i acquired the machine afew months ago i can see the head, 2 x dampers, felt wiper and cap top were all replaced. This probably wasnt the white damper as the previous owner didnt run white. No pumps...

Ill try a cleaning fluid cartridge and pull some through and see if i can get that to print so to speak.

No not using white material haha. I want to print white base coats on transparent before going back over with colour (fancy stickers). I had it working perfect the first day. Test print is great regarding the colours but 0% for white.
