We recently took delivery of a PressVu 200/600 - 4 colour version. We are having issues with overheating coro when printing less than 6' wide, I am sure it has to do with the lamps spending more time over the coro when only printing a 4' wide sheet and not giving the coro a chance to cool down...

I have searched around a bit, and short of calling a dealer haven't found the answer. Do you guys know if when the fb500 prints to a rigid sheet it requires a "tail" to finish printing? thanks

I agree with this statement, if i had researched before hand i would have made sure they came pre-loaded with windows 7 so we could continue to use X5.......but after spending waaaaaaaaay too much time setting 4 computers up and making them connect to the rest of the network correctly, I am not...

I tried it with 380 & the special lam (the number escapes me) I had no problem getting the vinyl to wrap on the helmet and stick. But I did have a major problem with the print stretching so much on the sides of the helmet that there was no colour left! I tried 4 times and couldn't get it to...

I have never had this happen......but if it was me, I would totally delete the file from the rip and start again. Test print a copy at 5 or 10%. Then restore it to full size and try again. If it does happen again you know you have bigger problems

did you check to see if the heater fuse is blown? If have the service manual for this printer, if you would like me to email it to you PM me.
