Check ink line. Maybe cartridge needle is clogged. Because one ink line from the cartridge is splitted to two heads.

No, It looks the material has a waving on the printplane. You can see waves what for sure touches a printhead while printing. Maybe, overheat of the media or wrong temperature setting for preheater.

No. It is ink ID board exactly. The sticker on cartridge looks like mirror self-adhesive vinyl about 5x5 cm with black squares about 1x1 cm. The sensor detect reflection difference depends on square location and the printer accepts the cartridge. Low ink sensor located under ink ID board.

The printer does not have smartcards on the cartridges. Just optical recognition by label (mirror and black squares). You can made them very easy.

I can not agree with you. The InkEnd sensor is a micro-switch what just 2 state: opened or closed. So, it impossible to recognise ink near end or Ink end. When the flag touches the sensor, the ink counter on card reduces do 5%. After that it just count from this amount to zero. Then it says...
