I, too, have this same pattern on all the rolls of Oracal 3165 RA. I usually print on the 30 inch roll and laminate with Orafol Oraguard 210 glossy. You really have to look to see it so I have not complained. Seriously - every roll! Same pattern.
I have been chasing the "base" unit for edge lit signs for several years. There are some very expensive and nicely finished ones available thru Slee.com. Too $ for my clients.

When I send a cut only file with no fills or strokes it shows up as usual as a black outline. I send (in this case it is a sentence) to the cutter at 12.5-inches tall. It goes to the cutter which says ready to start. I push the start button and a message comes up saying the job will not fit -...
