Currently running a Mutoh Vj and thinking about a change. Looked into a roland or a epson. Any thoughts or suggestions on either brand or a different one?
I do the pads about once a month (when busy) and the wiper when ever i think about it (usually once or twice a year)
i was just curious if anyone did something more in depth.
Any idea what the normal or expected life span of a damper is?
Have done them for around $500 but make the customer show up with it ready to wrap. Give them a list, remove bumpers, roof, gear selector, covers, ect.
depends on the cart also, some curve more than others.
Hello, have a Mutoh 1614. It has been in operation for me for over 3 years now. I'm not a full time shop but my work is also seasonal. So part of the year it runs everyday, and some parts it runs once a week. I take care of it day to day, so that's not what I'm looking for. What I'm asking is...
Anyone know of any on-site service technicians in the eastern Iowa area, or anywhere that would travel to the eastern Iowa area?
All over the phone tech support is leading to dead ends.
Thanks in advance for any help.

with all the sponsors and designs to make each car different it is not cost effective. sponsors come and go, and bodies get beat up. some cars make a body last a year, many put 2 or 3 on throughout the season. guys that used to paint around here got $800-$1000 due to the time it took to make all...
Have a customer with an older bass boat he wants wrapped. He wants to stick with that, "bass boat look" and to have as much glitter or sparkle as possible. Any suggestions on a material like that?
I have some samples of the 3m wrapping material and the metalic just does not have much sparkle to...
the comment on niche market is correct.
We use arlon 4560. We did around 45-50 dirt track cars this year already and for the abuse that racecars take it holds up well and is cheap. I have it on my own racecar and am pleased with it. Has some tenting around rivets, but with racecars that's...
Lot of people don't like arlon, but I think many have not tried it for that same reason. Year and a half agoewe switched to 4560mtx/3420g for all our calandered needs. For the price it's hard to beat. We use multiple brands depending on the app for our cast stuff, but pretty much only arlon...
