Does anyone have a better method of installing Snap Trim? I've been using an edge sealer then a bead of silicone on the inside of the C 1/2" channel. Sometimes this works but I just had a job come back where the silicone didn't seal out the water and the Lustrboard has delaminated.

Braper is from Fellers. Craft paper has no plastic "side". I find with Braper it starts to wrinkle almost as soon as you start laminating. I know some people don't use it at all and I usually cut it before running anything long and try to keep the lam and vinyl the same width, otherwise it...

I have a big image file placed in illsutrator but when I bring it into VersaWorks it's not there. There are are other elements in the illustrator file like type and boxes but no transparencies that I can see. I tried flattening it and it's too big to rasterize.

We've tried 2 part wood "bondo", priming, painting, and using vinyl to close it it and water always seems to get in. Anyone have a foolproof way of doing it?

I have two scraps of signfoam and would like to glue or bond them together to make one larger one. I will be using cnc to make a 2-sided sign with it. Shold I use 2-part epoxy or some other glue? I have tried to make the two surfaces as straight and smooth as possible.
