I got this observation from a print forum I belong to.
Have you seen the ad for Office Depot that shows an independent barber faced with a "Big Box" low price shop across the street?
What does he do? He goes to Office Depot instead of a local sign shop to have banners made to highlight is...
We have a Roland sp-540. I have to print full color 36"x48" maps and then fold them by hand down to 9"x8". Can anyone recommend a substrate thin enough that would be compatible with a Roland printer?
Thank you
Hey folks,
I'm a long time Printer and a newbie Signmaker with my Rolland Sp540 and Graphtec cutter. I've had success with posters, banners and some vehicle graphics. I have a customer that wants me to install 24" x 48 inch decals on the side of a number of trucks. The install will be on a...
I'm looking for a source for "taller" peel and stick easels. I can get 9" and shorter from a bunch of places. I'm looking for some taller sizes ( 13"-18") that I can use on the back orf 18x24 and 24x36 foamboard mounted prints.
Thanks
This is cut vinyl. The image area is 8"x42". We set the type, cut and installed. With all the tedious weeding, I came up with $150.00. Too much? Input appreciated.
By the way, this is a propeller blade from a Soviet built Iraqi Air Force plane.
I installed my first perforated vinyl on the back window of my own Jeep Liberty. With the advice from this forum, I laminated the vinyl after printing. I installed wet using rapid tac. It's 24 hours later, and my view from inside is transluscent at best. Will this cloudiness go away with more...
I printed, laminated and contour cut my logo(see below). The finished size is 70" across by 32" deep. How do I install it on my store front window? Does it need to be taped? I tried and failed once. I taped it and put it on dry. Bubbles galore

Help needed before I ruin another print
I've been in the printing biz since 1976. We've always looked for new capabilities to keep our business from going stale. We started cutting vinyl a few years ago, but our best recent investment has been the 54" Rolland solvent printer. Signs, banners. tradeshow signage has lifted our bottom...
