Thanks PacCoastSigns & Vanmanen, The Magenta/Yellow head was printing perfectly so we swapped the ribbon leads (at the print head - not on the Printer Carriage Board or the Main Board) between the heads, then neither head printed. This indicated an electrical problem instead of an ink problem...

So far..Black/Cyan was not printing, so - completed ALL head cleaning processes then replaced capping stations + dampers & wipers. Flushed all lines to/from pump, flushed cleaning fluid direct thru nipples on heads, have clamped hose from caps to pump & filled capping station to soak heads...
