    ethernet cable. keeping doing your research before you buy. cap tops, dampers, pumps, are common items to replace. cap tops and dampers....don't buy the cheap "Chinese" models there is a difference.

    I would start with right profile. Go to Oracals site and download it. At least that will give you a base point.

    3m 3650? If so why SGG (semi-gloss grey glue). Just trying to figure out what you are doing. If you are using 3m 3650 I would think would want a profile like CSFP if a 3m profile is not available. Contaminated film may also be an issue.

    What would you charge a friend to do printing for if they supplied the material and print ready artwork ? Also, labor for helping install signs, vinyl, and wraps. Yeah, I know, pricing can be all over the place, just looking for some kind of starting point. Serious answers appreciated. Thanks

    have you tried slowing the speed down. sometimes that will give the blade a bit more time to make those shape turns on such small serifs.

    Its good to have someone here that has seen the result. What types of problems have you seen that were directly related to non-OE ink use. I'm sure head damage will be one but what type if thats the case. Thanks for your input.

    I must say I don't agree with most people that say you should stick with OEM ink. If there is something out there that works better or at the very least the same and there is a cost savings why not give it a try. I think I have had less problems with aftermarket than OE. I have had a Roland...

    i agree w/ chopper. if you dont have cleaning fluid, i have used isopropyl.

    have tried calibrating the head for misalignment in bidirectional printing. sometimes mine gets off a bit and bands if this is not correct
