It didn't dawn on me that it could be a bad roll of Ultraflex but that's what it seems to be. We just tried printing on the leftover from another roll, and it laid flat as a board - no wrinkles. So, thanks insignia and everyone else for your speedy responses!

What should the heat settings be for this? This is a new roll. We have some left over from another roll - we're going to try that now to see how it prints on that one.

We're having a big problem and I hope somebody has a solution. We've had our Roland Soljet XC540 for over 2 years and had very few problems with it. Two months ago, we began using Ultraflex Jetflex 13oz banner material and had no problem, until a couple of days ago. We can't get it to print...

Had a similar one a couple of weeks ago. The customer said that he was an artist and would like to sit behind me and help me. I told him that I appreciated the offer but that I can't work that way. He ended up really loving what I created for him.

Sometimes, I have to make sure the CutContour is the top most layer to make it work.

Okay, this just happened two minutes ago. I received an email from a customer who said that the double sided sign was pointing in the wrong direction and asked if we could fix it asap. I called her and told her to turn the sign around and that would solve the "problem". She said, "oh...".
