How far and how long is the usb cord going from your computer to your machine? If you cut only, does it cut the right size? Let me know the answers to these questions and I might be able to help more.

mine does the same thing, I have to add 'cut border' in the cut options, otherwise it won't completely cut all edges, about 1/8" everytime. don't know why, I am going to ask on wednesday because they are coming to replace some nozzles that broke on my machine. :(

Great point. I have always used Flexi and will not use another (other than the Adobe counterparts) cause I am just so used to its capability and ease of use. Everyone has opinions... it happens.
