    Thanks for the welcome, yes, the teal areas are a bit dodgy, it was originally designed complete with the windows, for one way vision, but that got scrapped, hence the teal squares stayed !

    Try exporting the .eps for printing, and .ai for cutting. It sounds like your cutter is cutting the BoundingBox around the .eps file.

    Gerber Problem Let us know which software you are using to drive the printer, if its Flexi, then this is a known problem, try printing the image using Omega. Steve
