I had a rep call in and tell me the same thing, he added the GX to versaworks but could not get it to cut anything. It is there and I can add jobs to the Que but when I send the job nothing happens, The status in versaworks for the GX is unknown, I am wondering if has been addedt correctly.

No the GX24 only uses 3 marks and the Bn20 uses 4, I am looking at printing the GX marks on the BN20 print and than will load it into the GX and see if it can read the marks and cut them, It is a painful way to have to do it but so is the amount of material I have wasted due to them no working.

We bought a similar one to this a while ago and it works great, we can remove a lot of vinyl in a short time and with little mess, We can peel most of the vinyl off with little adhesive left behind.

We should have one next week, I have also ordered a fair amount of media and am having it all cut down to size for this machine.

I had the same problem, now when the machine is finding the marks I turn off the lights (fluorescent tube lighting) and it finds them fine, but if I reload and search them again with the lights on it will not see them. My machine is only a few steps from the light switch so it's easy.

Anyone know what this font is, The one in the photo is on the front of a gocart. Thanks

Just check the cut line is there I once had the same problem as I had accidentally deleted the cut line or maybe just forgot to put it there but my cutter did the same as yours is doing.
