Make sure you are using HP printheads, the ones that come from other sources are often a problem.

I have a L260 and tried using the "new" printheads from China ,they were mostly useless. I had to poke around and found orig. HP printheads on ebay and that worked for me. Wish you were closer I want to dump my 260 (heater problems that cost too much to fix). Good luck!

I have a L260 but it needs a heater unit which is too expensive to justify buying it on that machine, so it sits idle... my L25500 works well.
