How do you update the firmware? I have verson 1.2. I have some bulk ink for it also would I be able to still use it or would have to buy chips for the new firmware?

I have a vj1204 printer and went to print something and this E016 TLB - S(03) came up with all lights flashing what cause this? Now even if i try to do a nozzle test it comes up also if i have to send a job to print. What can i do or what is the cause? Thanks

Hi i get it to print good.. it was the heater. I turn off the preheat and the platen and only had on the dryer at 35. I didn't print with white lines or spots . Thanks for all the comments.

I can only get 54 inch material here so i have it set to max print area. Was looking to see how to set the offset on the plotter.

This mite be a easy question but how do you load material so the edge is straight? I have some stickers to contour and when i load the material in the plotter (vinyl express Q130) it read the marks good but when it cut it is 1/8 r so off where it should be. I think it is how the media is load in...

Okay kool... cause i had print a black 2x5 banner and it print good with no white spots so wanted to know why it would do so. Will look to get another banner but the local person only had this 14 oz printable.

Oh but when i go to print i move the material forward so it is a fresh piece of material. Could it be the heater setting also?

What would cause the whiting of a black background when printing a banner? I am using a vj 1204 printer.

Okay i will try blowing out the sensor. Do the vj1204 have auto clean like if it is off and then it would turn on and clean and shut down?

Does the fans always on? When the printer say ready to print does the machine power down? My fans always on even when i am not printing that is normal?

I took out the new maintenance station and put back in the old one that came with the machine when I bought it and it came through the head and out the waste lines. Wondering why the new station didn't work

I get in the the damper but when i do cleans i still not getting in the the cap top. I have in all new parts, what can i do to get ink in the head so i can do a nozzle test. I did a nozzle test but nothing came out.
