Has anyone ordered ink from Fellers for the Prismjet? Not sure if what I ordered was correct. The cartridges I received have a plastic card on the outside and I think it's preventing the cartridge from going in all the way. Any ideas?

Can anyone tell me why all of a sudden the blade cuts when the arm moves across as it reads where the vinyl is? Not sure if I am explaining this well enough. :rolleyes: It cuts the vinyl fine, but the blade is getting abused. It just started happening.
