Good morning fellows,
I'm working on my own shop sign, and wanted to push some Gemini/Acrylic lettering, but am not exactly sure how to proceed, for installation of my letters.
I was originally going to use black composite aluminum panels, and apply vinyl lettering over, but I would like to...
Printing!
So, I soaked the head for 2.5 hours - all while I decided to clean the encode strip. Since I had half the machine open, I decided to really clean the encore strip, removing it and washing it all off. About half way on the strip, there was a huge accumulation of grease/ink (not sure...
You're great, Bobby.
We're doing the process right now. Lets hope it all works out! I'll keep you posted. We thank you so much for all the help and information!

I'll update my firmware. I didn't even know about...

Thanks for all the information guys! I printed some stickers with bleed yesterday, and will be cutting them later this afternoon. I hope they don't peel up!
As for the ink limitation; I am using Avery 3303 - with Avery's 3303 ICC Profile from their website - does that set the ink limitation by...
Good afternoon guys,
I'm having a little issue with printed decals. I was requested to have 2.5" x 3" stickers produced (500 qty). The top edge is of a 0.75" black band, that requires bleed. When I print my sticker on my Roland VP-540, the top portion of my decals (at the cut-line) peels up...
