These are DX4 Printhead - if it is similar to the Rockhopper II 64" (I think so...)

I already tried with different heater settings. Even "OFF" (which is not funny for the prints either). On the Roland, the vinyl doesnt ahve any heating issues. May be the pressure of the pressure lever adjusted? Is there any possibility?

Hi guys, Rockhopper II is the same as Falcon Outdoor II. i have problems printing on vinyls. Between the paper rollers are some "bumps" which are not pulled down by vacuum in the head-area. So there is vertical banding on the prints. Is there too much pressure on the rolls of the lever...

Hi there, just bought a used RHII64 in working condition (have seen it). Transported it to my cellar. now E081 on Startup. Looked inside and saw a (almost) broken sensor for Cap unit. While putting it out, it died comlpletly. I think, the solvent ink dropped on the sensor killed it...
