    Mutoh 1604 HELP!

    After more research we find the problem is only happen on Arlon 4560GTX. It doesn't matter which profile we use you can still see the pattern. Played with the heat settings with no change in the results. Any ideas?

    Firmware It's no big deal. Just follow the detailed instructions that you can get on the Mutoh website: http://www.mutoh.com/kb/entry/56/

  7. Mutoh 1604 turning off

    Make sure your firewall is turned off. We had this problem printing large files and it turned out to be the firewall was stopping communication.
