    This test is really good, you see on the right and left edge, whitch colors have an overspray. In the most cases the printhead with this color has reached the and of life!

    Look also for a good function of the wiper, when wiping is bad, than you have a lot of ink on the nozzle blade and ink can leak completely.

    New VS540i...issues with black cutting out

    May be the medis feed was not ok in this moment? I know such issue with a banner roll and a wrong media feed.

    On the head carriage board you can see a small regulator, rotate it a little bit clockwise with a screwdriver. So you increase the sensitivity of the paperside sensor, hope, it is helpfull. Regards Roland
