This is probably way too late but we have a 54" graphtec cutter and we love it. In your case, Graphtec has an automated cutter that will do up to 200 13x19 sheets automatically. Seems perfect for your application needs. Check this out: https://www.graphtecamerica.com/cp-automatic-sheet-cutter
  2. Short Term Outdoor Floor Graphic (24 hours) - Can I skip the overlaminate?

This is definitely within the budget and I'd love to learn more. Is it compatible with Latex? Can you PM me the material info?
  3. Short Term Outdoor Floor Graphic (24 hours) - Can I skip the overlaminate?

Good points about safety from everyone. Thank you for that. Now we just need to find a system that will satisfy the budget constraints, if it exists! :)

I'm hoping not to have to do them all by hand and I don't have a flatbed or access to one. If a add a carrier sheet to that thin material do you think...
  8. Cutting magnet on Graphtec FC 8600, anyone try it?

I know this is an old thread but I'd appreciate any supplier references for magnetic material in the 15 mil or thinner range that doesn't have a printable layer. Or do you guys all use the printable stuff and just add vinyl on top?
  9. Need Help Printing and cutting magnetic material

Anyone got a supplier for 15 mil or less magnetic material without a printable layer? All the magnetic rolls I come across have a printable layer. We have a Latex 110 and an FC8600 but I prefer to print onto vinyl and laminate to the magnets and then cut. I only need to cut squares and...
