    try the 3164G profile with MAX impact & stanard QTY. For me, it gives the some the best print QTY with the fastest times. There is always a trade off with speed VS qty. This is my new go to profile. Even works well on banners with high res pics.

    Which material are you using for Jersey's? I don't think sub-dye would be the way to go for MX. as you need to cover up the stock print on the shirt.

    I would assume it's the same as when you add a contour cut. Not sure in Flexi, I use ILL. Some of the Flexi guys on here should be able to help. You may also try using the search feature to see if anyone else has posted info on it.

    Been along time since I created a spot color in Flexi. Just create a Spot color in Flexi and call it "PerfCutContour" Use that for the perf cut. You will also need at least 3.x of Versaworks for it.

    yes, profiles seem fine. It even keep a few graphics I had in the Que. Only down side I see so far is it takes a little longer before it starts to RIP.
