Al ready been down this path and I would like to buy another VP 540 since I have so many parts or I will sell them. DONT ULTRA SONIC clean the heads. Take them off and soak thrm over night in solvent and run a syringe of solvant through after it sat all night. FYI. Your head is blown.

HAHAHAHA! We did try the trash can method with a helmet like these guys did, but we did use alot of heat and avery wrap film. Problem is the visor and chin guard they are not round like the pro in the other video. So we wrapped the helmet in 5 pieces / layers.

We have had the same issues with Magnum Magnetics curling up on the sides. At first I thought it was the 3M vinyl since it does not support a full bleed print as well as the oracal.
