I have notced it on very large 1440 dpi files. But not enought problems to figure out a pattern

I am running flexisign 8.6 v2. A outdoor 46, A 64 bit os pc runing vista. I have problem with very largeprints. one I am tring to print now is 45"x 60" 1440 x 1440 in high quality. it will print about 8 passes then stop for 15 secounds then parks at the capping staition. It never starts...

no label anywhere,,,,, I picked it up. but have never know for sure what driver to use with it.

Is there any wat to print wider than 45.7? I can fit 50" vinyl.

What is the differnce in the 46 and 48. mine will print 45.7 wide. However it apears to hold 48 inch rolls and has been notched to hold 50 inch rolls. Can I somehow change my margins to print wider? Also in only print onedirection. Why?:help

It is a 6 color printer. I mess with till late last night. it is very close now. I still have too much red though. how do i pull out just a little of one color? The hue setting seem to do nothing.

:banghead:is there any good documation for head alingment. Mine are off due to new heads. I have never ajusted them before I I just dont get the procedure. I am so flustrated with the quality....:banghead::banghead:
