Graphtec is our choice we have owned 3 and have never had a problem with any of them. Look into the CE series those are some really good cutters for the money. We ran a 24" CE2000 for about 5 years with no problems and just in the last couple of years have upgraded to FC series.

We started with a 24" graphtec cutter and it worked out really good. We found a company that would do all of our prints. 2 years later we sold that and bought a 54" graphtec cutter with cash and now a year later we have 2 cutters a printer and a laminator and just moved into a new building. We use our 54" cutter for contour cutting mostly, since we went digital we hardly ever cut larger than 30" vinyl.

Do not us a cheep overlam I have seen a lot of jobs that the lam. looks like crap a year after the print was installed. Use 3m 8519 with that vinyl. You can take the screws or rivits out if you'd like, it will make it easier to install but takes some time taking them out and putting them back...
